Simple, safe, full-hookup overnight parking for self-contained RVs.
ABOUT RV SELF-PARK
What is RV Self-Park?
RV Self-Park is America’s first fully automated RV parking facility, designed for self-contained RVs that want a safe, full-hookup overnight stop without the “flash and splash” of a resort. Guests reserve online, choose their site and arrival time, pay electronically, then drive straight in to a pull-through, full-hookup site—no office, no on-site check-in.
Where are your parks located?
West Sullivan, Missouri – 4045 North Service Rd West, just off I-44 and historic Route 66, about an hour southwest of St. Louis.
Kingsland, Georgia – 1307 E King Avenue, just off I-95 near Kings Bay, St. Marys, and Georgia’s coastal islands.
Who is RV Self-Park best for?
RV Self-Park is built for RV travelers who:
- Are in “travel day” mode and mainly want a safe, level, full-hookup stop.
- Travel in self-contained rigs (with their own bathroom and holding tanks).
- Prefer booking and managing everything online instead of standing in line at an office.
Families, snowbirds, full-timers, and weekenders all use RV Self-Park as an easy overnight or multi-night base.
Are you a campground or just a parking lot?
We’re not a traditional campground with bathhouses, playgrounds, or a pool—and we’re more than a parking lot. Each site is a paved pull-through with full hookups (30/50 amp power, water, sewer), lighting, WiFi, and access to a fenced pet-exercise area and monitored security cameras.
Are you an award-winning park?
Yes. RV Self-Park has been recognized as an RV LIFE Best of the Best Campground 2025 Winner, an award based on guest reviews and ratings across the RV LIFE platform.
RESERVATIONS, RATES & CHECK-IN
How do I make a reservation?
- Go to rvselfpark.com and select Kingsland, GA or Sullivan, MO
- Choose your arrival date and time, and how many hours or days you’d like to stay. Both parks price by the hour and by the night so you only pay for the time you actually need.
- Pick your site type (Standard / Deluxe / Premium in Sullivan; Standard / Extra Parking in Kingsland).
- Pay online with a credit/debit card (processed via PayPal). Your confirmation email includes all details, a modification link, and your access codes.
Can I just show up without a reservation?
Yes—as long as a site is available. Many guests pull into the holding/parking area, check availability on their phone, and book a site on the spot. Utilities will only activate once the site is reserved, paid for, and your RV is over the sensor at your scheduled arrival time.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
We don’t use fixed campground-style check-in/check-out times. When you book, you choose:
- The exact time you plan to arrive, and
- The number of hours or days you’ll stay.
Your “parking term” starts at the arrival time you selected and ends when the paid time runs out or when you vacate the site.
What if I’m running early or late?
Your confirmation email includes a link where you can change your arrival time or extend your stay (subject to availability). Guests routinely adjust their arrival time on travel days due to traffic or weather.
If you arrive early, you’re welcome to wait in the designated area until your new start time. Utilities won’t activate until:
- Your reservation is paid,
- Your arrival time has started, and
- Your RV is parked in line with the sensor on your assigned site.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes. As long as space is available, you can extend from the link in your confirmation email or by contacting the central office before your time expires. Utilities shut off automatically when your paid time ends, and holding over without extending may incur hourly charges as described in the Guest Agreement.
What is your cancellation / refund policy
- Cancel more than 48 hours before your selected arrival time → 75% refund of the hourly/daily reservation rate.
- Cancel within 48 hours of arrival → no refund.
- For multi-day stays, nights more than 48 hours away are refunded at 75% as above.
SITES, UTILITIES & AMENITIES
What kind of sites do you have?
All sites at both locations are:
- Paved pull-throughs
- Full-hookup (30/20 or 50 amp power, water, sewer)
- Designed for easy in/out with no backing required
- Sullivan, MO offers Standard, Deluxe (with small patio & picnic table), and Premium (larger patio, picnic table, and gazebo) sites.
- Kingsland, GA offers Standard sites plus an “Extra Parking” option that adds a dedicated parking space beside your RV site.
How long are the sites? Will my rig fit?
- Sullivan, MO: Sites are approximately 75' paved pull-throughs.
- Kingsland, GA: Sites are 80+ ft / 85' pull-throughs.
Park rules state that each site can accommodate one RV and one accompanying vehicle or trailer, as long as the total length fits within the painted site boundaries (75' at Sullivan; Kingsland’s design mirrors this concept using its longer pads).
If you’re close to the limit with a toad or long trailer, book a Standard site plus the “Extra Parking” option in Kingsland, or contact the central office to discuss your setup before arrival.
What utilities are included?
Every reserved site includes:
- 30/20 or 50 amp power
- Fresh water connection
- Sewer connection
- WiFi suitable for streaming and general internet use
- Access to a secure trash bin via code
- Access to the park’s monitoring camera feeds from your device
How good is the WiFi?
WiFi is included and described in the rules as suitable for streaming content and normal device use.
Do you have restrooms, showers, or laundry?
No. There are no public restrooms, showers, or laundry facilities at either location. RV Self-Park is intentionally designed for fully self-contained RVs that can handle their own bathroom and hygiene needs.
Is there a dog park or pet area?
Yes. Each rented site includes access to a fenced pet exercise area and pet walking.
Pets must remain attended and secured, must not disturb other guests, and owners are required to pick up after their pets.
Do you have picnic tables, gazebos, or shade?
- Sullivan: Deluxe and Premium sites include patios and picnic tables; Premium sites also add a gazebo.
- Kingsland: Standard sites are long and open; the focus is easy maneuvering and full-hookup convenience.
Can I have a campfire or use a grill?
Open campfires and fire rings are not permitted, and unpaved/grassy areas cannot be used for campfires, mats, or cooking. You may set up a portable gas or charcoal grill, as well as outdoor chairs and tables, on the paved portion of your site only.
RIGS, CAMPING TYPES & VEHICLES
Do I need a self-contained RV to stay?
Yes, in practice. RV Self-Park does not provide restrooms or showers and is purpose-built for RVs with onboard bathrooms and holding tanks.
Are tents or car camping allowed?
No. Park rules explicitly state that unpaved and grassy areas are not to be used for tents, camping of any kind, or sleeping, and the park is described as having no tent sites.
How many vehicles can I have on a site?
Each site is designed for:
- One motorized RV and one accompanying vehicle or trailer, or
- One motorized vehicle towing one RV trailer, all within the site length.
Side-by-side parking is not allowed; overflow and visitor parking is provided in designated areas. rvselfpark.com+1
Can I charge an electric vehicle at my site?
The rules don’t allow using the RV pedestal to charge or recharge cars, e-bikes, scooters, or other EVs that aren’t part of the RV itself. Charging an electric vehicle requires renting a separate RV site or using a dedicated charger where available. rvselfpark.com
PETS, NOISE & PARK CONDUCT
What are your pet rules?
- Pets must be attended and secured at all times.
- No tying or penning pets up outside the RV, and no using grassy areas for pet retention.
- Guests must promptly pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste.
Noncompliance can result in expulsion without refund.
Can I work on my RV or wash it there?
Minimal cleaning like washing windshields and windows is allowed. Major repairs, maintenance work, or full vehicle washing are not permitted in the park, and vehicles must remain movable at all times.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Is RV Self-Park safe?
Safety is one of the core reasons RV Self-Park was created. Both parks include:
- All-night lighting for safe, stress-free navigation
- 24/7 monitoring cameras monitoring the park
- Guest access to live camera feeds so you can see what’s happening around your site
- A locked trash area, accessed by code, which also limits non-guest traffic
Is anyone available if something goes wrong?
Yes. While there is no on-site camp host or office, the confirmation email includes a phone number and contact details for the RV Self-Park team.
LOCATION, AREA & STAY LENGTH
How long can I stay?
Both parks support short overnights and longer visits. The online rate tables show options from a 14-hour stay up to 30, 60, and 90 days, giving flexibility for travelers who want to linger.

“WHAT DOES A STAY FEEL LIKE?”
What does a typical night at RV Self-Park look like?
As guests describe it:
- You roll off the interstate, follow clear signage, and pull into a paved, pull-through site you chose in advance.
- At your scheduled arrival time, your utilities unlock; you hook up, maybe walk the dog in the fenced area, and check camera feeds from your phone if you like.
- There’s no line at an office, no golf carts driving around, and no loud campground events—just other travelers quietly coming and going on their own schedules.
For road-weary RVers, it’s meant to be a “more than easy” overnight or multi-night stop: full hookups, level sites, and a simple, tech-driven experience that lets you rest, reset, and roll out on your own terms.
